How to register on our site

To make your first order on our website, follow the inscription procedure:

  • Click Login at the top right of the website.
  • In the box Create your account, enter your e-mail address and click the Create account button.
  • In the box Your personal information, enter your name and choose a password (minimum 5 characters).
  • In the box Your company information, you can enter the name of your company, type in fourteen zeros (00000000000000) inside the SIRET field, leave the APE field blank, and a link to your website.
  • Once the fields are completed, click the Register button.

Your account is created, you can now place orders (via the Cart) and save a delivery address.

  

If your business is located in France, you will be asked for a SIRET number.

If your business is located outside France, you will be asked for a valid intercommunity VAT number.

 

How to order

Once you have registered and selected your items, you can place your order by following this procedure:

  • If no address is linked to your account, you will be asked to create one. Fill your contact information in the fields and click the Submit button.
  • A summary of your order is brought to you. You can enter a voucher code if you have one.
  • Below the summary, select your shipping and billing addresses.
  • Then select your shipping method among those proposed.
  • Check I have read the terms and conditions for payment methods appear.
  • Choose your payment method among those proposed.
       PAYMENT BY CARD: Immediate Payment
       PAYMENT BY CARD VIA PAYPAL: Secure platform allowing immediate payment
       BANK TRANSFER: LONGER PAYMENT - Orders are sent once the collection has been made.
  • Your order will be confirmed once payment is made. An email confirmation will be sent, and your order will be processed as soon as possible.

Expect delivery time between 1 and 3 days to France and European countries.
